Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. All of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
Please allow 5 working days for your lids to arrive and do reach out to us if you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order.
We will accept a return within 14 days of your purchase. The returned lids must be in perfect condition in order to receive a full refund.
A refund on your order will be actioned once the goods have been received by us and inspected.
The customer is responsible for paying any return postage costs.
Faulty & Damaged goods
If you receive your order and find any lids have been damaged, please email email@example.com with a photo and we will arrange for the lids to be replaced.
